Contribution Highlights
- Cut a planned US$1.5M platform upgrade to US$180K. Ran a cross-functional hackathon that re-architected the platform, put generative AI into the product and the operations around it, and improved performance at the same time.
- Took an IoT portfolio from one pilot to a multi-million-dollar business. Owned the P&L, moved to API-first revenue, and built the partnerships that opened new markets. KOLO ARR is now over US$2M.
- Hired and coached a team of five. Put in agile practices and a prioritization framework that cut technical debt and sped up delivery.
- Enterprise AI adoption: rolled out ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor across business units, and built the training that got people actually using them.
Professional Experience
- Lead the KOLO product team. We build the mobile and web apps that run facility operations and restroom management. I own the product vision and the roadmap through 2030.
- Manage five direct reports. Scaled ARR from launch to over US$2M with segment-specific API products and partnerships. Lead adoption of generative AI tooling and training across business units.
- Lead AI enablement across Georgia-Pacific. Building Champion and Builder communities: 300 people today, scaling to 1,000 over the next year.
Led Connected Solutions product management through the KOLO launch ramp. Put in the product practices that scaled the portfolio past US$2M ARR.
Ran an innovation portfolio across IoT devices, communication systems, and mobile apps. Improved project management practices across the org.
Built the phase-gate system for new product development. Led cross-functional teams shipping products to domestic and international markets.
Ran new product launches for GM programs including Cadillac ELR, Chevy Impala, Tahoe, Suburban, and Escalade. Earned GM’s launch excellence award for the Rockford plant.
Led cross-functional teams delivering hydraulic fracturing treatments for natural gas wells, domestic and international.
